Abstract

|
A seventeen-year old female visited hospital with a large palpable mass in right breast. Mammography, ultrasound (US) and US-guided core needle biopsy were performed, and all results suggested benign inflammatory disease with fat necrosis. The lesion was prolonged and aggravated against the medical treatment. After fourth biopsy by excision including skin, the lesion was confirmed as subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma. We report the radiological and pathologic characteristics of this challenging case.
